PROFINET IO

Our new IRB4600 robot comes with a ProfiNet master on-board. B&R makes some fantastic IO and safety systems that can directly connect to ProfiNet systems. For safety or IO systems of any complexity, it’s a huge advantage in terms of speed and data volumes to be able to talk via networks instead of discrete wires.
